Toktogi: A Korean-English Popup Dictionary
Toktogi is a popup Korean-English dictionary that provides instant translations of Korean words. Designed as a Chrome add-on, this free tool allows users to effortlessly access word definitions without the need to copy and paste into a separate search engine or dictionary.
Once installed and activated, Toktogi works by simply hovering the mouse in front of a Korean word on a webpage. A box will then pop up, displaying the English translation of the word. This feature is particularly useful for individuals who frequently read Korean web pages and want quick access to word meanings.
Toktogi utilizes a dictionary created from the 'kengdic' project, which can be found on GitHub. This ensures accurate and reliable translations for users. The extension draws inspiration from popular Japanese language learning extensions, Rikaichan and Rikaikun.
